We partnered with London-based Flex to craft a new identity to stand out amongst their competition, ensuring they’re the first name in events. Flex offers their clients a new commodity – a no-holds-barred, “we’ll take care of it all” approach. You can sit back, relax, and know a world-class event is in the works.

When it comes to running events, it can feel like everything is moving in different directions. Taking care of attendees, speakers, logistics, marketing and making sure it’s all happening at the right time is a nightmare for the best of us. 

With Flex, everything moves forwards – so you can stop worrying about the details and enjoy.


The brand identity features a fluid, structured typographic wordmark with an engaging pastel colour palette. Flex offers a socially driven events model aiming to deliver an immersive approach, so we did the same.

The logomark is based around the many moving parts within the business; which can be put together and taken apart. 

The identity was then brought to life through the creation of a one-page website, with the simple aim of explaining how Flex can help.


We let creative copy take centre stage – saying it exactly how it is. Instead of paragraphs of explaining or keyword stuffing, we opted to let case studies, testimonials and direct statements make the difference.

This website was paired with the delivery of social media templates, including guidance and typographic layouts to make sure the brand has the required depth to get up to speed and stay focused online.
