After spending almost a decade in the Belfast  commercial and residential property market, Neil Mellon decided it was time to bring his experience a little closer to home.

We originally met Neil when we were searching for our first studio space in mid-2022. Three years later, he reached out to see how we could help him build his own estate agency that stood out in a crowded and old-fashioned marketplace.

Like many of our favourite projects, Neil went all in on big ideas. We built a cohesive, modular brand system that rolled out across web, print, social media, and even throughout his newly renovated office space on Omagh’s High Street, in collaboration with Morgan Studio.

Our desk research showed that Omagh had over 25,000 residents and a handful of estate agents who all relied on an unspoken rule of providing the bare minimum across the board. Mellon launched with the approach that buying and selling houses is one of the most stressful things any of us can do, so his audience should feel comfortable and relaxed in every stage of the process.
