Hundred Studio © 2025

We’re hiring another designer

What you'll do

You’ll be responsible for executing graphic and brand design projects alongside our team, both in-house and freelance. You’ll drive ideas into concepts and deliver them in the real world – working directly with clients. Our output is driven by asking big questions and looking for unlikely answers.

These projects can be digital or print, web or social media, and always new. Our work isn’t sector-specific, so it’s even better if you’ve got experience across lots of different areas and disciplines.

You’ll enjoy the challenge of taking briefs, ideas, concepts, and problems and turning them into design-led solutions that make sense. You’ll be a critical representative for the business, so we’d love for you to grab that responsibility with both hands and take ownership of everything that comes your way.

Just as importantly to us, we want to make sure we’re looking after our team. We have a great working culture and a solid relationship with our clients – we want to help you develop both as a designer and also as a person.

What you'll bring

Curiosity: A willingness to try new things, collaborate with the team and clients, and a genuine creative attitude are hallmarks of success with our studio.

Experience: This is a mid → senior level role, so we’re looking for people with five years’ industry experience. Agency experience is welcomed, client experience is essential. You’ll be joining the studio at a pivotal time, so we’re looking for someone who isn’t just able to hit the ground running, but is limbered up and excited to help us keep moving at speed.

Personality: We’ll spend all week together, so let’s enjoy ourselves. We’re looking for someone with great interpersonal skills, a good attitude, and a decent-to-admirable sense of humor. Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must.

Ambition: We don’t do anything in half measures. Since opening the studio in 2020, we’ve always pushed, never compromised, and continually chased the unexpected. We’re looking for a member of the team who pushes us, our ideas, and the creative landscape into new ground.

We’ll always look for people who are confident and comfortable, both with work and with people. We ask that you have the following:

– Deep understanding of Adobe CC + Figma
– Excellent client communication and project management experience
– Experience and willingness to mentor and uplift the whole team
– Understanding of how storytelling through design and creative work makes the difference
– Commitment to continuously pushing boundaries, both internally and for clients
– Relentless organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables within
– Conceptually-led thinking, with a strategic approach and appreciation in the clarity of how we explain ideas
– Natural and proactive problem solving skills
– Bonus points for 3D/motion or web design/CSS

Pay + perks

– £32-42k per year
40 days leave (incl. Bank holidays)
– Early finish Fridays
– Closed for Christmas
– Private healthcare (incl. optical + dental)
– Flexible working
– Employer-matched pension contributions

Who we are

We’re building an agency that wants to do more than make money and go home. We’re a certified B-Corp, members of 1% For The Planet, Design Declares, and massive advocates for societal, environmental, and community-driven change.

On top of that, we’re trying to build the best creative business in Belfast. We’re even trying to build it without asking more than what’s fair of the people we get to work with. We don’t operate with a massive hierarchy of staff; we believe all employees have an equal say in what we do and how we do it.

We want to be challenged by each other creatively, and respected by each other equally. This only works when we’re all on the same footing.

If you’re a driven individual with a creative spirit and great work ethic, we think you’ll be right at home with us.

Equal opportunities

We strongly encourage applications from all backgrounds and walks of life. A truly diverse and inclusive team will make our company and our work better. We’re an equal opportunities employer seeking to make a studio that’s positively contributing to the society we’re in.

This role is based in Belfast, Northern Ireland and you must be permitted to work in the UK. To apply please fill out the application form below. Thank you!
